Whatever your saltwater pleasure, you can enjoy yourself with friends and family at Ocean View Micro Farm. Eat fresh, local meats, eggs, seafood and vegetables while you're here, all easily accessible at nearby farms, markets and eateries. Camp on the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking pristine marshlands and wild barrier islands on the Atlantic Ocean. We offer two spacious campsites. Enjoy fishing, exploring by kayak, SUP or canoe from our launch over to sandy white beaches of Lea and Hutaff Islands. Boat rental companies will come pick you up for a tour, or a daily rental. We grow microgreens, herbs, flowers, blueberries, grapes, pecans and seasonal vegetables here. Our land is a haven for birds and pollinators with the many trees and shrubs that bloom and fruit though out the year. Grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants and an emergency hospital are within 7 miles. Sailfish Restaurant is a short walk away if you'd like to dine out but not drive. Site 2 - Garden arbor Honey House
Jane is a very welcoming host. Her property is located on the beautiful intracoastal waterway. We camped at site 2 which is by the potting shed where you have access to the covered porch. We woke up to an absolute chorus of birdsong.

Site 1 - Seaside Pavilion
Amazing Trip!
Jane was an amazing host with a beautiful property. The Pavillion with campsite 1 was amazing, it's huge and we made it though a weekend of heavy downfalls completely dry. We decided to not moor our boat with the unpredictable weather, and it wasn't fun driving 20 minutes one way to the public launch but knew that coming into it and our choice. (of course 97% of storms went around us- and ended up a great weekend) Perfect spot on site to access water for kayak/canoe. Amenities at site were above and beyond - Jane has a shower station - cold, but rejuvenating 😜. A commode with the liners/needed equipment, and the shelter itself. We will be back!

Jane was an amazing hostess and went out of her way to make strawberry sorbet and take us around the site to make us as comfortable as possible. We definitely will spread the word to others, and its a great place when your on a budget! Thank you so much! Tim and Tiffany

Site 1 - Seaside Pavilion
Perfect oasis, private and peaceful
Jane’s place was nothing short of magical. She is a steward for this land, keeping it appropriately wild, free of chemicals, sprinkled with dandelions and blueberries. This little oasis she has created is charming. The campsite is primative in amenities as mentioned but the covered gazebo feels regal. Be prepared for insects and friendly lizards if you’re not already familiar. Jane treated us with coffee in the morning as we forgot ours, and that was a most appreciative touch. We are sad to not have stayed there more nights, and already talk about going back!

Must Stay! Kayaking and on top tent
We loved kayaking from the property to a private white sand beach! I can’t say enough great things about this host! The property was big enough to fit our truck with an on top tent. Jane will go out of the way for you. She’s amazing. The property is amazing. We also visited the marina about a block away from the site for meals and drinks! Perfect spot for after the ocean kayaking session.

Painted bunting
Jane has done a fabulous job keeping this amazing land wild and beneficial to wildlife and humans alike. She is a land steward and hostess extraordinaire. We especially enjoyed meeting her and talking with her while she gave us a tour in her gator. Grateful for this wonderful person and her willingness to share her knowledge and land with us. We saw and heard a painted bunting, confirmed by the Merlin App.
